Good food friendly staff. Even though they were very busy because of Christmas they did their jobs well and treated people like they were glad they were there. No bah hum bug.
Service was a bit slow. Food looked and tasted great. Make sure you count those Calabash Chicken Strips, mine was 1 short then they brought me 3.
After a long day at work, I enjoyed awesome professional service at Fatz Boiling Springs! Folks, come on over before these ALL YOU CAN EAT RIBS are gone! My 2nd time here this wk WOW love this place wonderful staff!
Fatz is not my kind of place but, this one wasn't my call. I was able to find something on the menu. Food was good, service was good and accurate. It was a little pricey for what you got, it's a branded franchise, so kinda expected that. Hasn't changed my mind about FATZ, still not on my personal radar, but different strokes for different folks.
Hostess & waitress were friendly, but food was not even mediocre! My prime rib was supposed to be cooked to medium. It was well done! The color & flavor were indicative of a piece of beef that probably should have been discarded in the kitchen before it was ever cooked. The meat was served at room temperature. I sent it back as soon as the waitress put it in front of me. I told her it wasn’t cooked the way I ordered it. She took it back to the kitchen, but returned with the same plate saying the chef only had prime rib that was well done! She offered to take it back a second time & get me something else, but my husband was already eating & I didn’t want to wait for a 2nd meal to be prepared for me. At least the manager should have come to the table to apologize or offer to comp my meal!
