Great food, but usually very bad service. The waiters and waitresses spend more time hanging out in the kitchen than working their tables. Even when they're slow, it takes forever to get service. It's been this way for years now.
Food is terrible and wait staff is some of the worse I've ever experienced. Food is very over priced. I would suggest spending a little more money and going to Longhorn,Red Lobster,Olive Garden or anywhere else really. This place is only good for cheese sticks and beer. Our food took forever and when it did arrive it was cold. Our waitress didn't check on us again until she dropped the check off 25 mins later. So we had an entire table of wasted food that was not eaten due to bland test and being cold. The beer was ok.
I only had a problem one time with the food. I sent it back. The staff is slow. The hostess did their job. But the rest would rather talk to each other or on their phones.
Inconsistent for sure. Half the time the food is great, the other half its not fresh and just ok. Their ribs are usually very tough but there is a chance you will get the best most tender ribs you have ever eaten.
I don't recommend placing to go orders with this location unless you're willing to go through everything before leaving. They seem to slack horribly on the to go orders. Recently ordered chicken wonton tacos as an appetizer but when we got home it was just shells and slaw. No chicken. Very disappointed as this is an $8 appetizer. Food was just okay. Applebee's is way overpriced in general so this was especially annoying. Will definitely not be ordering takeout here again.
