Parr 3 is a good reputable place to have your car repaired. Norman the dad who has retired but you will still find him working there all the time LOL Shane his son and Sandy they are all a great group of people. I would definitely recommend this place.
Messed up my car, and my engine, didnt tell me how they were doing things. Took it to a REAL shop and they were like "jesus man, what happened?!". I disputed the charges on my credit card, and they were so ignorant and unprofessional that they couldnt own up to their own mistakes.
My first time there and I will go back. Customer Care/Service were excellent. I purchased 4 new tires after getting 6 different quotes over the telephone. They did exactly what they said they do at the exact cost quoted.
Find someplace else unless you want to have it done twice.
For example...Vic Bailey Honda tried to upsale me on an axle fix. I declined and took my car to Parr's. Parr's found no issues and save me hundreds of dollars. Vic Bailey Honda was trying to deceived me.
This business is a class act. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as, taking care of services at reasonable prices. I dropped my car off today and told them it needed new rear brakes. These guys went through and inspected the brakes and determined they only needed to be resurfaced. They saved me a ton of money with this act of professionalism. I will be providing them with 100% of my business and anyone who reads thus should do the same. Thanks.
