I went to this location to get an oil change and have my tires balanced. Once my truck was already on the lift I realized that I forgot to give them the key for the locking lug nut on my wheels. Well, apparently the guy took it upon himself to get in my truck and dig through my glove box to get it himself and in the process of him doing that he left a big grease stain on my cloth seat. Totally unacceptable and I will ever go back to this place again!
Great people, the only place I take my car
Always have had great service. Today we called about 30 min before they were to close at 6. My mom needed to have her tire plugged. The manager said he had to leave but the lead tech would stay till she got there. She arrived at 5:50 and everyone was gone. We will never be back and this is were all three of our vehicle are always serviced. Very disapointing
I made an appointment online yesterday for 1 o'clock today. I went in about 10 minutes early and was told they were running about 30 minutes behind schedule, they didn't even call to tell me this beforehand. I was nice about it and told the guy I'd go grab myself some lunch and come back in 30. When I came back another guy said he must have erased my appt and they took someone else back, it would be 30 more minutes. After I complained (and the guy waiting on his car was nice enough to say go ahead of me), they got me back there. The only reason I went here was because I had a coupon for a $14.99 oil change. The original guy I spoke to came out after they already took my car back and said they don't honor that coupon, but they could do it for $19.99 instead. I told him, I guess I would have to do that since they already started my car. I even put in the notes when I scheduled the appointment that I had that coupon and if they didn't take it, please let me know beforehand because they did the same thing to me last time with the $19.99 coupon saying they wouldn't honor it. I wish they'd stop sending me coupons, because I won't be back.
My car was in need of a suspension overhaul. I originally spoke to the management over the phone and was very impressed with the ease of getting the information that I was looking for. Scheduled an appointment and had the car in. I was also in possession of some of the parts needed to complete the job. The service mechanics were given the ok to use those parts, which ended up saving me money in the end. I was worked with throughout the entire experience, given price breakdowns, and also informed correctly of another part that will need replacing. This is a legitimate business being run by an honest business man. The only reason why I rated 4 stars was because of the time it took to get the job done. Just a little quicker and all 5's. I was impressed.
