Emergency room was Very good but I went in the daytime because I need a doctor and the service was not very good
I've been a patient for nearly nine years at the office on Hwy 9 in Boiling Springs. I've called numerous times for a prescription refill but the office personnel neglected to give me the courtesy of a return call. My local pharmacy also has tried contacting my doctor's office to no avail. Now although I have an appointment set up for next month they are refusing to refill my prescription unless I come in sooner. The 'nurse' I spoke with today sarcastically, repeatedly mentioned that I would not get a refill since I'm not able to come in sooner. I was spoken to as if I'm a child and she spoke very unprofessionally. I've been a dedicated, routine patient for all these years and this is what it has.come to. I'm very disappointed in this office and this 'nurse!'
Just don’t understand the breakdown here !
Came in at 12:40pm and it is now 2:45 pm and still have not seen the doctor
They are telling us now after being here that there is only ONE doctor working .
