Lowe's has everything I need for all my projects. Additionally, as a retired veteran, I greatly appreciate their discount honoring veterans.
Went in to purchase a new exterior door on August 30th. Was told they did not have one in stock, but sent me to another location 45 minutes away that did have it. When we arrived at the other location, they did not have it in stock either. Returned to the Boiling Springs location on Sept 3rd to order door. That order never got placed, after waiting an hour to place the order and even paid. Attempted to order the same door again and was told we would have to pay an additional $300 for the same specs we had already purchased. I contacted customer care. After another 5 days, I received a voicemail stating the order was at the store and ready for pickup. Waited over an hour at the customer service desk. Was told it wouldn't be there for 2 more days. Then, was told it was on the truck being unloaded at the moment. It took 3 weeks to get a simple exterior door because the staff has no idea how to make a simple call or place an order in the computer system. The staff at this location is incompetent and does not care about customer service or integrity.
Great location for the most part. Although in the year I've lived in BS, I've come across a few CRS's here who clearly haven't been trained well and massively lack product knowledge.
I was looking for three different things. I talked to two employees, they were both helpful in finding what I needed.
I love Lowes. There stores are almost always clean, there staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
