I was in last week and was greeted by the only female. She was nice, I plan on purchasing some items however the two males and I'm assuming one is or could be the owner, but I was at the counter & neither of them spoke to me at all. I have worked in customer service all my life & it's just normal for others to say 'hello how are you today' or 'is so and so taking good care of you' ! I've sold furniture and cars, in banking for 13 years, owned my own machine shop for 4 years, was a security officer for adidas, worked in a carpet/tile business and you should at least say hello. This isn't taking away from your sales associate it's just NORMAL ! We will see how things are if I decide to buy from them!
The man Rick I guess he's the owner or whatever has one nasty mouth. He's very disrespectful. If you take him out of the store this site will have a higher rating. But other than that everyone was nice to me.
I really enjoyed buying my matress here at Badcock HF. It was not easy but with the help from the associates I was able to find something comfortable and on my budget.
Owner is extremely disrespectful. I found a bed I liked for my son, was told it would be at the store the following Monday. I received a call that Monday, "We have parts of the bed but not the whole bed, we are going to call to find out what is going on." I patiently asked for them to call me and let me know what was going on as soon as they found out, I never received a call, I ended up calling back. The man that answered was beyond rude and unprofessional. At this point I have every right to be snippy and rude, but yet I was not. I calmly asked "can you please give me a good estimated time frame in which my son's bed will be there?" The response I got, "I can't just pull a time out of thin air, I do not know, you can have the model bed on the floor or get a refund, that's all I can tell you." What is even more surprising is when I asked if I could please speak to someone else, "I am the owner, there is no one else to talk to." Will never shop there again. Can not believe he even has a job let alone being an owner of such a well-known company. TERRIBLE service.
