I DESPISE, the new answering service you have now. It was perfect when you could call and someone would pick up the phone. I needed to get speak with someone quickly, all I got was an auto service that seem to be located in another state. If I could go somewhere else, I would.
Looked their number and address up on Google Maps, made the call using the number on the page and made the payment really quick. It's a lot better than having to drive out there personally and make a payment.
